Basic Character:
Appearance: White to light yellow flakes

Dilution appearance (1 to 10): Rice yellow emulsion

Feature
No yellowing change, no effect the fabric whiteness and color
Can use together with silicone softener to improve fluffy volume

Application:
Cotton fabric, linen fabric, denim garment washing

Usage Dosage for reference :

(1)   Dipping Process: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% FLF solution
Bath ratio: 1:8~15, Temperature: 30~40℃
Dipping 20~30min→dehydration→drying and stenter

(2)   Padding Process: 20~50g/L  (10% FLF solution)
One dipping one padding or two dipping two padding (70~90% pick up rate) →drying and stenter                 
Dilute method: add soft flake FLF to warm water, increase temperature to 70~80℃, full stir to dissolve completely 

Package: 25Kg/ Woven Bag

Storage: Storage under cool and Ventilated conditions for 12months.

        Waterproof, prevent extrusion, stacking height should not exceed 8 layer,

        Temperature better not above 35 Degree.
