Fixing Agent 

Introduction

Formaldehyde- free Fixing Agent  belongs to the polymerized polyamine cationic polymer， and can be together with textile dyestuffs to form the macromolecule compounds which is insoluble in water .  It can improve colour fastness to water and rubbing fastness. It is very suitable for  the fixation of cotton, linen, viscose after finishing by reactive and direct dyestuffs or  printing .

Basic Character:

Appearance: brown red yellow liquid

Ionicity: Cationic

PH value: 5-7 (1% aqueous solution)

Solubility: can be diluted in any proportion of cold water

Composition: polymer compounds

Feature：

1.  Eexcellent fixing performance, Can improve the soaping, washing fastness significantly.

2.  No color degeneration, does not affect the brightness of the dyestuffs.

3.  Resistant to hard water, acid, alkali, high temperature.

Using Technology

1. Padding method: 5-20g / L, temperature 30-40 degrees can be one dip one rolling or two dip two rolling.

2. Dipping method: 1 -4% (O.W.F), temperature 40-60 degrees, PH value: 5-8, bath ratio 1: 8-12, time: 20-30 minutes.

Attentions: The amount of formaldehye-free fixing agent depends on the color of the dyed fabric for adjustment, dark colour   need to improve, light colour can be reduced
