Appearance: light yellow flake

PH Value: 4~6 (10% solution)
Composition: Fatty acid organic amine compounds.

Soft and smooth finishing for cotton and fiber fabric
Can used in yarn, lubrication, milling, raising, etc
Suitable for dyeing factory

Usage Dosage for reference :

FLR: 50~100kg, Water: 950~900kg
(1)   Start stir and add soft flake FLR to 30℃ water slowly, stir to dispersion, then static soak for 1~2hous(or overnight), then stir slowly to souble completely
(2)   Start stir and add soft flake FLR to room temperature water slowly, then heated to 50℃~60℃slowly, stir slowly until dissolve completely(40min~60min)

10% SOLUTION
Dipping Process: Dilution   3~10 %( o.w.f)
Temperature: 40～50℃  bath rate：1:10～15   Time：30min
Padding Process: 20~50g/L  Room temperature
 

Package: 25Kg/ Woven Bag

Storage: Storage under cool and Ventilated conditions for 12months.

        Waterproof, prevent extrusion, stacking height should not exceed 8 layer,

        Temperature better not above 35 Degree.
