AEEA-Free Soft Flake FLD

Basic Character：
Appearance: Light yellow flakes
Ionic: Weak cationic
PH Value: 4~6(10% solution)
Solubility: cold water 30℃, hot water 70 ℃
Composition：Fatty acid organic amine compounds

 Featur
Endow cotton and all kinds of fabric soft, fluffy, full hand feeling 
Low viscosity, low foam
Excellent saline-alkaline resistance, hard water resistance

Application：
Soft finishing of cotton, linen, polyester, yarn, denim and all kinds of fibre blended fabric
The dilution with hot water is low viscosity, suitable for dyeing factory; dilution with cold water is high viscosity, suitable for washing factory.

Usage Dosage for reference ：

Dilute method:

FLD: 50~100kg, Water: 950~900kg

Hot water: Start stir and add soft flake FLD to room temperature water slowly, stir and increase water temperature to 70℃, and stir with low speed until souble completely(if stir with high speed, too much foam appeared)

Cold water: Start stir and add soft flake FLD to 30℃ water, stir to dispersed, static soak for 2 hours or overnight, then stir with low speed until souble completely(if stir with high speed, too much foam appeared)

10% SOLUTION

(1)   Dipping Process: Dilution   3~10 %( o.w.f)

Temperature: 40～50℃  bath rate：1:10～15   Time：30min

(2)   Padding Process: Dilution   20~50g/l 

Temperature: 30～40℃

Package: 25Kg/ Woven Bag

Storage: Storage under cool and Ventilated conditions for 12months.

        Waterproof, prevent extrusion, stacking height should not exceed 8 layer,

        Temperature better not above 35 Degree.
