Wetting Agent

PH Value: 6.0~8.0 (1% water solution)
Solubility: Able to dilute into water in any proportion.

It suitable for pre-treatment of cotton, Blends fabric and yarn.

Usage Dosage for Reference:

Scouring Processing:
wettting agent : 0.3-0.5 g/L, NaOH: 1-2g/L, Hydrogen Peroxide Stabilizer :  0.5-2g/L
Method: Bath ratio 1:10, 98 Degree for 30~60mins→wash with hot water→ clean with cold water→ To next process

De-oiling Processing:
wetting agent: 0.5-1.0 g/L, Sodium carbonate: 1.0g/L (or not use)
Method: Bath ratio 1:10, 80~98 degree for 30~60mins→wash with hot water→ clean with cold water →To next process

Package: 125kg/Drum, 950/IBC tank 

Storage: Store in cool and ventilated warehouse for 12 months.
